Is it possible to use the clan as stated below?
I found a clan with this description, I would like to know to what extent a player can create a similar rule and guarantee another player a large sum in case of blocking. Mind I am talking about a large balance (6 millions) that is always fed by the same character.

In other words, is a char allowed to keep stashing gold elsewhere from own balance so that if blocked he can assist another char with a large sum, and also keep this sum safe from penalties? |

I feel that if u can place gold in the clan, and if u get blocked.
The gold can be used for clan purposes / funds.
If u know u r getting blocked and place all ur gold in the clan , it is fair that the gold be used for the clan... |

No. Its fair for the clan to return it to the blocked character. Nothing prevents the clan from doing that.
Think of it like this. You are saying that its okay to fund the clan by using shady characters (who are going to be blocked). |
3.27. Clan ownership and/or positions in clan cannot be sold. Clan ownership can be passed to another character free of charge only. (...)

answer is: absolutely not
GR 1.13. Financial assist is forbidden in all aspects of the game. Financial assist is a dedicated assistance of one character to another in any way meant to increase the possessions of the latter.
So even if the char is not blocked, he gets a penalty for allowing someone else to spend his gold via clan balance. |
