Some analysis that was done previously. |
I believe elements will be more in the market as time goes by. some players choose to play MG when there is no event. |
IMO it'll only go down in the future with a condition depending on future updates. Essentially it's really just simple economics of demand and supply, after the latest MG update, there were more quest = more chance of getting elements = lower prices..
Now I doubt admin would reduce the amount of quest in the future, nor limit the flow of elements but as a matter of fact, it's to the contrary. IMHO no point in waiting and keeping elements (unless for enchanting) to wait for the right moment to sell, as it's solely dependent on admin's future revamps/updates. |
From observation prices generally drop during/just after a popular event as we are seeing now.
Then prices slowly rise if "nothing is happening".
When new arts (which are in demand for enchanting) become available, prices will spike quickly.
Anyways it is difficult to predict when to buy/sell or everyone would be doing it :)
Just like real life! |
no one is buying element am i right |
The "market price" since the last PoT event has been relatively static.
There are buyers though: there are always buyers. :) |
i have been noting element prices since november 2015, taking 2nd lowest price on the market
moonstone has become cheaper slowly but steadily (6500 to 6000)
all other prices have been relatively stable
**********
market mechanics are easy:
element prices will go slighly up, permanently, whenever new kinds of battles are introduced
(less mg-quests played, less new elements in the market)
element prices will go through the roof, for a while, whenever new "best" arts are introduced / released... like sword of cold, bow of light, survilurg set
(peak demand for elements since many people suddenly want elements to enchant)
element prices will decrease (very slowly) as long as no new kinds of battles and no new "best arts" are introduced.
element prices will hit rock bottom (for a while) halfway popular full-AP events
(more elements are posted on the market by people whom would otherwise sit on them... because they need new gear asap)
