Different MGs have different specializations. There is a higher chance of getting certain quests from each of the locations; there is a 24% chance to get each of the specialties, (72% in total) and a 7% chance to get each one of the other four quest types, (28% in total).
Q: What type of mission does each Mercenaries' Guild Office specialize in?

East River and Fishing Village - Monsters, Vanguards, Armies.
Peaceful Camp - Invaders, Raids, Armies.
