Have you entered your password online or something like that? (google translate sucks) It's displayed in your transfer log and your password changed.

I would suggest to start a brand new account but if you have no intentions to do so, you could sell all your arts/elements/resources and the balance of the fine, either do enroll till you get positive or have some friends to send some gold to ease your burden. |
It is difficult to get back to positive, because you can not buy any gear... and you need gear to be able to fight... and you need to win a fight every now and then because of the workaholic penalty.

It really helps when other people send you some artefacts for your hunts.
According to the message in your transfer log, it could be that you entered your login and password on a "phishing site."
If that is indeed what you did, then most likely you vaguely remember something about that (something that seamed strange and maybe wrong... or to good to be true.)
If you are sure that you did not do that, then go for the appeal, as noted by usbeorn.

When the fine is not repaid and you decide to work back to positive and you post entertaining messages... then you have a good chance that a bunch of people will send you small amounts of gold or a few arts to help you. |

Yeah I was in -150k with absolutely no arts or resources :O
Some of my friends helped me with min ap everyday and I did tons of hg, lg and mg(even without a mount) and made 10-15k everyday :D
100k is not a lot imo, try enrolling and hg, ask some friends for min ap, or maybe simply make a new account ;) It took me a month of activity to get lev 10 so lev 9 isn't much :) |

Daddish, to be completely honest: Just make a new account and thats it.
Its not like that one has very well developped Guilds anyway. You could have Mg2 and 1-2-3 FSL in every faction already by CL 9, which you dont have. |

I think you should try to keep your ap costs to minimum and enroll a lot till you are back to positive. you need to recover only 93k now and its not much. Take this penalty as a lesson and work hard so you may be extra careful about these things in future.
In my opinion, you should ignore people who say "just make a new account" and that you dont have enough fsl or guild levels anyway. You build resistance for pvp and some of us are obsessed with building it even at higher levels by only playing pve. It stupid and meaningless that way and if you can get average guild levels and fsp its enough anyway. What I am trying to say is, if you think that the time you have spent on this account is worth anything then just try to recover from this penalty. If you are motivated about this, I would be glad to help with artifacts :) |
