Hi,
I'm experiencing lag for perhaps two or three days by now. It happens when enrolling (mozilla freezes for several seconds) and sometimes after loading battles. Is it just me (so something about my comp I guess) or is it a broader problem? |
well havent have any problems in couple weeks when i first started to play this gmae again after long brake i had 2-3 days so that i had to reload every battle becose it got stuck at 98% or so.. have you tried with different browser? |
no problems for me |
it is mozilla.. change to chrome, i experience the same thing |
I was experiencing this problem, then I simply restored the firefox, I got it once or twice after, but it's back to normal now.
Also, after restoring, make sure that you clean the cache. |
its firefox i also experience random lags but can be solved simply by minimizing and maximizing window... |

that happens to me to, normally when trying to enter enroll code or opening a creature/hero's stat box during a battle |
It happens to me the past 5 days. Different computers - the same freeze. Seems to be in the wee hours of the night - Russian time. |

98% thing is different. I had it happen to me a while ago; unlike what I'm experiencing it's just the download that stops while here mozilla just doesn't respond, even other tabs.
Thanks for the input, I guess I'll go with another browser until it get fixed then. |
So, nobody tried to restore the firefox and clean the cache...
It really fixed this issue for me. But whatever. |

Sorry, I did read your post; not sure why but forgot about it by the time I answered; perhaps got fistracted by RL stuff or something. Eitherway, what do you call restauring? Reinstaling? Deleted cache for now, I'll see how it goes. |
I just typed "firefox restore" on google and got this link below:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
All you've to do is to click on refresh button and let the firefox repair itself.
It will fix all problems that your browser acquired since you've installed or some issues compatibility which may be occuring.
While clean the cache is important, it alone won't solve the problem, you've to repair the firefox in order to fix it.
Important note: You'll lose all your scripts, and will have to download them again. |
Hello, just wanted to bring an update.
Restoring the firefox solved my problem with freezing on enroll, however after a couple weeks, it started to freeze when I click on maps, inside battles and so on.
I've take a look on the amount of memory which it was using, it was 240mb.
So I've disable the places.sqlite archive, it dropped the amount of memory to 124mb, and it's fixed for now. I've to test for a longer time in order to know if it will solve or not all the problems.(probablly will have to do this once in a while.)
I found this video which teaches how to tweak this -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYIz2MOF72Y |
I am using Firefox and still no problems encountered. |
I have problems with Firefox here and there, will try your solution, thanks for posting. |
using chrome, get lag the longer a battle goes on. |
I am using chrome, no lags here. |
