Author | Enchant Compared To Higher Attack |
An artifact(auction hammer) has only 1 attack but has 5*12% enchants. Its attack is clearly very insignificant but it has great enchants, the lower the level, the better it is. My question is how much better is it than a Mithril Longsword or Ruby Gladius(neither with any enchants)?
I understand that attack stats and enchants don't have a direct relation but I am sure an approximate comparison can be made. Can anyone please help me with this?
Thanks :) | It's difficult to give a general answer for this. You could say that 1 attack equals 5% more damage. If there are no resistances then the 4 elemental types of damage will just add up, so that's 48% more damage. For the ignore defense enchant it depends on how much defense the enemy creature has. With low defense (tier 1 hunts) the I enchant won't make much difference, with high defense it will make a lot of difference. If the def of the creature is 50, then 12% ignore defense will make a difference of 6 defense, which is around 30%.
So, in the first case the 5*12% enchant is the equivalent of around 10 attack, in the second case it's around 16. You can calculate it yourself for a realistic case with the correct formulas. | Thank you very much :) I was thinking about how it will be at TG. Since caravans are always full AP the I12 should make some difference. | closed by randomr1 (2015-08-25 21:14:42) |
