Q: Where can I join an event combat?

Q: What location do I need to be to join the combats?
A: The Wilderness, or any adjacent area. (Portal Ruins, Lizard Lowland, Wolf Dale).
Q: From what level can I participate in these combats?
A: You need to be combat level 5 or above to participate.
Q: What ammunition do I need?
A: There are no restrictions on ammunition. Enchants work in battle and non-shop arts are allowed.
Q: What type of battle are they?
A: 2 v 2 Each battle consists of up to four waves. If you win one wave, you will progress to the next wave. As you progress you will lose creatures and hero mana expended in the previous battle. The fourth wave features a General which is a monster-style boss.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of battles per day?
A: No. You may battle as many times as you like per day.
Q: When will the event end?
A: The event will presumably end when all the generals are defeated. At some point during the event we are likely to get a definitive number of generals.
Q: What enemies will I face?
A: Any combination of playable factions and classes.
Q: What does distributing points do?
A: You can distribute the points you earn from battles to activate bonuses for the event. These bonuses are not permanent, they only last the duration of the event. The effect of the bonuses is not immediately revealed to the player. You may view a list of compiled bonuses per faction here; (Select the relevant faction tab down the bottom).

Q: In the fourth wave there are some tents, do these have any use?
A: No, they are just obstacles on the battlefield.
Q: If I defeat a General, but do not defeat the wave, does the General kill still count?
A: Yes it does if the general remains dead at the end of the combat (i.e. is not killed and raised again before the combat ends).
Q: I am wearing arts, but it wont let me join a battle?
A: The right handed weapon you are wearing must have a minimum of 4 durability. |

Yes you are correct, you need a minimum amount of AP to join a battle, which equates to a few arts. I mean to say that there are no shop-only restrictions on arts in this event ;) |
i've seen combat logs in which even when the players won the first two waves..there was no battle for third wave
why so.? |

the player must have died in that wave but the other one would have advanced

It might be possible that they won the battle, but the player whose log you were viewing died during the battle. In that case, only the surviving player would go into the next battle and it would only show in their combat log. |

If you click on the picture of the troop on that page, it will link you to the updated troop card. You can compare that one to the troop card on the character page to see the difference.
