First check the relevant price of the element e.g. fire crystal (https://www.lordswm.com/auction.php?cat=elements&sort=0&art_type=fire_crystal)

and then post it: https://www.lordswm.com/auction_new_lot.php

Oh and forgot to add above, before that you'll need to build a marketplace from your castle, which in your case you have yet to build it..
