| Hi guys i did a mixed tourney battle and used potion of skill and my opponent had lvl 11 skill level so i should have had runes till lvl 10 skill level but i did not have them |
| Potion of Skill doesn't work in Tourneys except Qts. |
It only works if your opponent is of your lvl or lower.
You are just lvl 10. So you will get skill lvl of player of lvl 10 or lower than that |
| The potion of skill does work in Tourneys. It works when there are players who are equal to your level or below. The players with FL 11 were a higher level. Since you were the lowest level player - You do not get any increased FSL. You need to be facing a Combat level 10 or lower player and it is based off their highest fsl. |

It works in all PvP battles. Which includes all tournaments except survival battles |
