| Everytime i try to donate through american express it says that It cannot process the payment at that time , what do i do? |
| You can get this message when local laws in a particular country do not allow this method. Not sure if this is the case here but have you tried contacting them and asking why? You can also mail the character 'dealer' for help with donations, also read the sticky topic in Q&H -> F.A.Q. on Diamonds and Donations |
