When you are in tribal faction you get +2 attack on shamans :)

how do you obtain them . are thry obtainable in all fights ?

all server event battles, tourneys and CG battles
but mainly drops in clan's facility defend battles :)

It dropped a lot in treasure hunts though:D
just wait till lev 12 and if u consider switching to tribal it might be helpful :)
