Three bonuses can be earned from clan buildings which take effect in battle, +1atk, +1 def, +1% initiative. In order to get that bonus, you need to be in a Military Clan that has the buildings built and the bonuses active. Not all military clans have the bonuses active because it costs battle glory to activate them each month.
If you visit a military clan page and see that they have built the buildings, then the bonuses that the clan is currently provided will be listed under this list of buildings. If there are none listed there, then they are not currently active.
