This topic might cause some hate and heated conversation, but being such a trollish person, I felt like asking this.
Why can't people of the same gender send each other Valentine's Day cards? :P |
| Well I guess some people are still traditional about the concept of Valentines Day(take notes admin). Even in the 21st century, some countries regard relationship between men "unnatural" and are still being charged. It all boils down to their mindset being conservative IMO. |

The event is just not designed that way. You can marry same gender in the game though, so I doubt is is because of political correctness.
My char is male and I got both a husband and a wife. |

While I like the event itself, I feel a bit funny sending my Valentine's cards to 'females' I don't know. Apparently the game is trying to turn us into creepers :D
90% of the people I've PvP:d or PvE:d with are male characters, so I cannot send them those cards as friendly regards or anything. I'm rather sure most of the playerbase is male players/characters anyways, which is a big reason why females recieve hundreds of cards and males only a couple of dozen at best. :P |

I agree that it is just the design of the event. On Defenders day you will have an opportunity to send gift cards to your male friends which are similar to Valentine's day cards.

Well you don't have to sound like a "creeper" ;) There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to find a female char. and say, have a great day or something like you might to your male friends. |
