Nice idea but unfortunately you will end up with 170 threads with 0 posts (except the creator one ofcourse), 13 threads with less than 20 posts, 5 threads with less than 10 posts and other 4 threads with 2-4 posts.
I don't see what is wrong with creating a thread about one country.

Yeah, totally. I never thought OP wanted non-indians to work in his tea plantations.

To me it seems more like he is new to the forums (and game) and wants to connect with people. Who better than people from his own country? What is wrong in that?
Also judging by his other threads, he is neither familiar with FR and english doesn't appear to be his native language.
