There was a disussion as to whether its intentional or a bug, but my 2 cents is that if it was a bug, admins or some other people would have fixed it by not.
But the funny thing is that is u search the time difference you'll notice that all internet links would state there was a decrease in hour in the Russian time.(e.g. previously mine time difference was -4hours and now it was -5hours)
Probably it could be due to months or seasons in Russia? Anyhow I'm not sure how the Russians set their timezone to be but it looks like the new timezzone is going to stay that way. |
