Is it it legal for a thief and another guy of the same level to make a deal in which the other guy allows the thief to raid him so they both can have a match in a big ground :p
Maybe they can have thief sets in which the first person raids the second person then the second person raids the first and they keep it going...

if two people are trying this! they must be epic guys :) because 8-9/10 times caravan will trigger. then thief have to win the caravan to avoid 1hr time limit to do the activity again.
