MY PLAYER NAME IS CEDEUCE , CURRENTLY IN LEVEL 6.
WHEN I REACHED LEVEL6 I GOT 10000 GOLD AND RESOURCES LIKE WOOD IRON ETC
I PURCHASED MANY WEAPONS WITH MY 10000 GOLD .
MANY DAYS PASSED , WHEN I AGAIN LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT IN(16-9-2014), I CAME TO KNOW THAT ALL MY WEAPONS, GOLDS , HAD VANISHED .
AS MY USUAL IP ADDRESS IS 116.68.117.219 , I CAME TO KNOW THAT SOMEONE HAD ACCESSED MY ACCOUNT FROM IP ADDRESS 61.3.120.29 ON 2014-09-12 17:42
THEN I LOOKED ON MY TRANSFER LOG , I saw THAT MY ALL GOLDS AND WEAPONS HAD BEEN transferred bY THE UNAUTHORIZED USER TO THIS ACCOUNT- justa of lEvEl 5 . i also need by weapons back !!! please trace the ip address of the unauthorized player and block his account
I BELIEVE THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS GAME WILL TAKE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM

Even if the admin is sucessful in blocking his account, chances are that you wont get back your arts, gold, resources. |
And are you sure you were hacked? Not some of your "friends" whom u gave your password to, mistakenly or not?
I'm stating in reference to Lord Stanly007 and Stanly Rocks. This justa character and you also good sir have previous dealings with the 2 names stated above. This is more than a coincidence, this is a pattern.
And also I accuse both Lord Stanly007 and Stanly Rocks to be Justa's alternate account for the purposes of financial assist. Lord Stanly007 transfer logs and his last online date are suspicious per se.

dude, you are only asking for a ban here like that.
Admins sure wont read Q&H no matter how much you shout, that's one thing i can tell you.
These are your options -
Either you can contact the accused and work out a deal or report it in complaints section and wait for the admins to impose a penalty or take any related action
Also, you wont get your gold back even if the hacking case is dealt with. Did you really think admins would log into that persons account and transfer the gold you wanted back?
He will be penalised in form of block or some other severity if found guilty, that's about it. |

2) post it in complaints section and WAIT ( if u want him punished ) |
Dude, first thing you must know when you using net game or stuff is how to protect your account, if you don't know how to protect you account you can't blame internet or site admin.
about this case i don't think you get your gold and art back, if sweeper seen he will put penalty and block other guy also his chain accounts, that's it. |

Also be careful with all caps and repeating teh same over and over again. If people have not understood your first msg they will not understand 2, 3 and 4 eitehr. So it is pointless.
I assume the mistake lies on your end, since hacking is rare, especially with seasoned players (who would otherwise be prime candidates, since higher lvl char are more worth to them)
