In a span of 3 hours,
King took a 30k loan from clan
Bought a dagger for 30k from a friend, through market. ( i accuse him to be a alt)( The dagger was worth merely 600 gold. so Breaks rules by buying a worthless product for a high price)
Transferred the rest of the gold received as 'loan' to another 'friend' as gift. (Possibly another unregistered Alt)
Gifted the dagger, supposedly worth 30k, to said friend.
This is not a case where a player is unable to return a loan. this is a case where the clan was defrauded by this member, with no intention of ever repaying the loan.
The loan amount simply being distributed to two friends : Naturef and Sir Jed knight
