i had my account dwarf_ruler blocked by BOW, i want to unblock it now.
is it possible or just a waste of time ?

Contact secretary.
If you know and remember the information related to that account like email id you used to register that account, birthdate associated with your account, name etc. chances are , very good that it will be unblocked.
Although, I am not sure, which exactly is the secretary character, post-merge. |

Of course not. Only the administrators have the block/unblock button.
As the others already said, you can try to contact secretary (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4). However it's not sure that your account will be unblocked. Actually that's the reason, why we always tell the people who ask for a BOW block to just abandon it. |

| Lexa does read private mail (at least I've got a response from him before) but I don't know if he reads all his mail. He certainly doesn't respond to every mail he gets so you might not hear back from him. |
