| As title says and it costs around 52k (according to a previous question asked). It's effect is that it gives some fire resistance which is of no good at low lvls and there can be few found in the market and yet it costs a lot. |

It's simply because the item is rare. Few people still have it and it's not possible to buy it (except on the market from other players).
