Tell me where is justice when he makes 23 less fights than me and get higher durability artifacts. I think there should be two artifacts as reward, one for the reached level and one for wins, or some compromis, not just get art for reached level omg |

Yes, and yes. It happened to all level 13 players. Alternatively, you can wait till you reach level 14. |
