IMO DE is best
I played few QTs , and got beaten like hell by DE's
And even after getting good knight partner with decent enchants , it got easily beaten up by tribals and DE
I think Tribal and DE are best
Enforcers becomes unstoppable after gaining TS3 and DE because shrews always get 1st strike on opponents |

Knights rock in QT with the right gear :).
I'm the living proof. Best is without doubt Tribal (the only one I lose against every now and then).
DE is really weak against knight in QT. Most DE have tactics, meaning my paladin/angel/griffin (faster then lizards) can cross and kill of the 3 stacks (Shrews/Shrews/lizard). After that, while all troops are fighting, my guards get closer while my XBow are free to shoot any stack comming even close to 3*3.
Ladons are dangerous BUT once they had their turn and guards come's next, they're dead. |

Tribals. Not that i've played with other factions, but playing as Tribal gives a clean sweep subject to your Enforcers and Warlords survive the first turn.
Imho DE proves weak against Tribals if shrews don't get a hit on Centaurs in first turn. |

just put your golem on top corner and garg on bottom corner.
