Guys i just had my first trial fight
i could see that it was a mirror battle.
but every move they dealt they had luck coz i was an elf otherwise i am a barbarian and i became lvl9 just now.
can anyone tell me how i can win in the cg entrance duel? |
Should be asked in general forum in elves thread .
But still you should use a tactic like waiting with your troops till enemy comes to ur range , then take retal and kick his arse. |

no he has 30 elven 16 druids 10 unicorns 65 elite forest keepers
whereas i have 24 elven 13 druids 8 unicorns and 56 elite forest keepers.
secondly every single move he deals gets luck and every time druids cast magic they are befallen by morale :(
is that it is too hard to fight as this stage?
i had easily fought with the rangers guild in the first try itself
but this is extremely hard.
or should i change back to barbarian and try again?
i am desperate... :( |

go without talents, without Elven bowman...
full melee, definitely you will win if you play smart... |

| Use that the AI is limited. That will not make retal stacks and will charge you. |

he's a dumber, stronger you. What troops do you hate fighting? get rid of those. Is he too lucky? well, if you play smart, you won't need luck - get rid of the talent.
Wait for them to come to you first. (ensure minimal morale in this case) |
Troops: Dont recruit shooters ,take max sprites>efk>unicorn along with small stacks for efk for taking retaliation.
Talents: Max offensive talents without luck/morale.
Settlement: Center.
AI has more army so there troops gets first turn just take retaliation with small stack and kill with big ones,as you got offensive talents you will do more damage. |
