i have seen in various player's information page that they have described saying:-

" mercenaries on loan "

what mercenaries are these?

and does it mean that a player can do mercenary hunts for others of the mercenary guild type???

Actually right now you are also a mercenary.
You are member of EFL !
But you are fighting for a Russian clan
For which you will get gold :)
That is called mercenaries
The clans that not have active players and need to win some facilites
Hire mercenaries
