Authorclan leader and own a clan
can a clan leader freely share his gold and clan gold without tax?

Does a leader own the fund of the clan?
If it depend on , then what?
if invitation fee is 1000 (double of 500) then do he still own the clan fund?
or does it need to be exact 500 invitation fee to own his clan fund himself?
There are some rules 3.26 and below for clans.
i guess clan funds own clan leader unless he collect gold from some reason.
Clan funds belong... to the clan. Clan Officials can move the funds around and spend them as they see fit, if however they don't break any rules (namely financial assist and/or not fulfilling clan's promises in case of gathering gold for specific purposes)
if question is about non military clans, then I can say only clan leader has access to clan gold. 2nd man's name was treasurer in the past and he had access as well. that changed some time ago.
consider this
hypothetically
i make a clan, i charge 1k per person to join
i dont promise nothing
some people make donations to the clan
those people are not acting as financial assist they just donate to the bleeding clan
then i as owner of the clan take funds from clan fund and use at my descretion to say 'build castle' or 'buy arts' not for clan, but for myself
is that allowed?
no
i dont promise nothing
May be I don't promise anything or I promise nothing ?

that is financial assist, so it is forbidden.

but since there are so many players that actually do this, here are a couple of notes that go some way to explain why:

1 - keepers won't be worried about that unless you charge unusually high entry fees (i'd say above 1-2k);
2 - you would have to be reported first in order to be punished, which could happen but it's unlikely;
3 - you can at any time deposit the amount you took back in the clan treasury;
4 - you wouldn't gather that much gold to begin with, so even in case of penalty, the fine shouldn't be very high.
can a clan leader freely share his gold and clan gold without tax? Yes
Does a leader own the fund of the clan? Yes, but the donations must be return if the donors demand it and they are still available
If it depend on , then what? Depends on if he is the only one adding gold to the clan or if the treasurer adds too.

returned*

i dont promise nothing is correct btw.

You have to ask the donors if they agree with your moves. If they agree yes you can.
I notice that hardly anyone here quotes rules. It is because this area is hardly covered. Beside 3.26, 3.26.1 and 3.26.2 there is nothing. Those rules can also be circumvented rather easily.

Conclusion: Don't look at it as a donation to a clan but as a gift to the leader.
How about my little clan?

4 year ago she deposit 50k into clan and quit game, am i legal to use it? xD
i dont promise nothing is correct btw.

That is actually a double negative, both the words "don't" and "nothing" are negative. So "I don't promise nothing" means you are making a promise...

On the topic at hand, there are a plethora of rules regarding clan funds and personal funds as well. Logic would dictate that financial assist rules would kick in and restrict the usage of such funds. Meaning no financial assist to others (or yourself) Honestly, I don't see why players would "want" to donate money to non-MC clans, since there is very little that a non-MC clan can actually offer its members.

That looks like a liquidation transfer... which is illegal, sadly :( Mainly because she declared that she was leaving the game before that and the deposit matches up perfectly with her last time online.
