i read that the chance of a luck/morale burst per point of morale equals 10%.
but i remember reading somewhere before that more than 5 points does not count , i.e. you do not get 60% morale for 6 points in it.
is it right or do i remember it wrongly ? |
I have seen that sky shamans with 10 morale do necessarily have morale bursts
so, yes, more than 5 points does not count |
more than 5 points does not count |
so , just confirming , it's 5 right? |
More than 5 points has no use. 5 is the Max. |
Yes, it's 5.
Also, every time your creature doesn't get morale/luck, the chancce for that creature increases until you get it. |

The probability of morale/luck triggers = F^(1+[moves befallen so far]-[moves not befallen so far]*F/(1-F)), whence F is Min(0.5;luck/10) or Min(0.5;morale/10)
Above is where the maximum of 5 morale is derived.
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.min.php
Basically it's saying the probability of morale/luck triggers is morale/luck divided by 10 with a maximum of 0.5 (50%).
However morale over 5 is not entirely useless due to effects that can reduce morale like Intimidation Aura and Demoralizing Presence. Essentially morale over 5 will offset enemy abilities like these.
