The title of the topic must contain the violator's nickname (except for cases when it is foul) and the type of rule violation (e.g. "financial assist", "foul nickname", "loans not returned", etc.). The first post must include a link to his or her profile (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?nick=?????? or https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=??????), and any necessary descriptions, facts and quotes from logs. If the application is a request for a block by own will ("BOW block"), just the link to the character’s profile is enough. Note that only personal BOW requests are considered; applications with "Block this character, it is my multi" will be ignored. |
