1. These rules complement the General Forum Rules (https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=6), and govern only this Forum branch. Violation of these rules may imply deletion of topics, posts, and/or Forum bans.
2. This Forum branch is for applications regarding:
-Insults, swearing, rudeness, threats, flood in either Tavern or Battle chat
-Staged combats, paid-for combats, deliberate losses, bad sportsmanship, giveaway combats
-Intentional AFKing (going "away from keyboard" during the course of a battle)
3. Complaints which are not considered in this Forum branch.
A. Financial violations or other General Rules' violations must be posted in another branch: https://www.lordswm.com/forum_thread.php?id=113
B. Violations in Private mail, such as insults, begging, instigating to rule violation etc. should be forwarded to the 'Insults' character. To forward a message that violates rules, click 'Reply' button and change the name of the receiver to ‘Insults’.
C. Any request in challenge descriptions is just a request, not obligation. Not following the description is not a violation of the game rules.
D. Temporary treaties in 'Every one for oneself' or 'Blindfold' battles are not forbidden. If two or more players unite for eliminating the rest, it is not a violation of the game rules. But consider that this rule does not allow joining the same combat with additional characters or from one computer.
E. Complaints regarding the actions of moderators, sages and keepers should be sent to Secretary character via Private mail.
F. It is possible to appeal on a decision of certain measures taken against you if you believe they were wrongful. This must be made through the Official Appeal Commission https://www.lordswm.com/clan_info.php?id=6500 , not in this Forum branch. Please follow the instructions posted on the clan page.
G. Please don’t complain on insults from neutral creatures. Their phrases are randomly picked from phrases used by players before, they mean no harm and we can’t influence their actions
4. Complaints on insults, swearing, rudeness, threats, flood in either Tavern or Battle chat are accepted ONLY from the victim and/or participants of that combat/card game.
5. Any one topic must contain a complaint on one case. The title of the topic must contain the violator's nickname (except for cases when it is foul) and the type of rule violation (e.g. "swearing in tavern game", "deliberate loss", "intentional AFK", etc.). The first post must include a link to his or her profile (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?nick=?????? or https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=??????), and any necessary descriptions, facts and quotes from logs.
6. Refrain from posting in any topic if you are not related to the application directly. Third-party comments are allowed only for providing additional facts about the affair, or for replacing the link to warlog with the more readable battlechat. Discussion or expression of personal opinions are not allowed.
7. The accused player may post in the topic bringing any defense he or she finds appropriate and meaningful, as long as it does not fall out of rule 6. Make sure you only reply with facts, do not commence a debate with the plaintiff.
8. It is forbidden to double-post applications, as well as to bump them up by leaving pointless messages. A topic closed means that the affair is considered and actions are taken.
9. Before creating a complaint topic, it is recommended to check the latest topics of this Forum branch to see if there already is a complaint on the character about the same rule violation you wish to report.
10. Screenshots and text copied from private mails is not considered as proof/fact for any case. If you need to complain about something written in a private mail, forward it to "Insults".
11. The Administration is not an instrument of vengeance on your offender, as requesting the Administration to analyze the conduct of any player is a serious affair. Players posting false evidence and/or trying to slander/bully someone by means of reporting a non-existant rule violation will be punished blocking with no right for unblock. |
