| Simply forget about your other character. In the transfer log of history2 there's the line "unblock request denied" (in russian). That means that your account won't be unblocked. |

You obviously got an answer from Arctic. It was not what you wanted to hear and that seems to be the problem. You can not just go on and expect another answer.
You have done illegal transfers and got blocked. According to post 5 your case got tried and was denied. I think it is time for you to forget this and continue playing with another char.
When you start a thread please use a header that reflect the contents of the thread. A good one for this would have been "How do I get my main char unblocked?". |

1. You violated the rules;
2. The Administration punished you by blocking your char;
3. You tried to revert the block, with no sucess
You can continue to appeal as follows:
To contact the Administration, send a private message to the Secretary (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4). If your Combat Level is below 3 and you can't use private mail - either raise your level or ask your friends or clanmates.

I wouldn't put much hope into it, though. You better accept the punishment you were given.
In any case, Administration's actions and decisions are not subject to discussion. So continue to appeal if you wish, but not here. |

i am not sure, but simple guess, if admin found you have more than 3 account(ask it by yourself).they will not unblock 4th account or 5th account etc. also they will not give waning to those accounts |

i have seen people having around 6 accounts and just imposed penalty and that too of 100k

Well, here's a possible reason:
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Indication of nicknames of them all is obligatory. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked on sight.
And the transgression of other players as compared to you should not affect your case. Rules are not subjective, if you break them, you break them. They are objective. Do or do not, there is to try (well, in this case bend). |
"pm Arctic" is NOT the proper way to appeal against a penalty. obviously that we can all count on Arctic to help/solve our problems while we have him with us, but that's just lucky of us that he's willing to do that.

and what don't you understand about post #15, either about the proper way to appeal, or about the fact that Administration's actions and decisions are not subject to discussion?
if the Administration decided to punish with a block and your unblock request was denied, it means they reviewed your case and feel the block was fair.
