Here in this battle i by mistakely joined with medium ap.

The reason there says: "Flushing a battle in minAP".
The AP isn't really much relevant, the reason why it earned a penalty was that, once the outcome became more or less clear, both teammates just quit playing.
I'm not saying it wasn't possible that both of you got a power cut at that moment exactly, but it just seems very improbable, a lot of improbabilities all combined at the same time. Even to me it looks like you guys just gave up and abandoned the battle.
If you are certain that the penalty wasn't righteous, and wish to defend yourself, please find the Official Appeal Commission thread in GGF and follow the instructions there. Your case is guaranteed to be considered (if properly filed by you), however, as I said, the likes of you getting exonerated aren't very high. |
for arctic:
its not as highly improbable as you say.. it could be that our friend barbmaster had a power cut and the other guy did and intentional afk... the probability of this happening seems just within the realm of normal to me :) |

I would like to add that my team mate was afk from the start of thebattle and was was battling alone but then suddenly i had a power cut so i was afk. |

Do you have many problems with your power? In that case you should provide statistics for the Official Appeal Commission. You can for instance show them that in your last 500 battles, you lost power and went AFK 10 times. In 5 of those times you were about to win, and in 5 cases you were about to lose.
If you can not provide such statistics, you should not bother Official Appeal Commission. IMHO. |

think i am lucky, few times i have gone AFK and none complained. but i do mail them and explain once i come online.
try that Next time, because next complaint will bring heavy penalty. |

Agreed to Eddy. India has loads of power and net connectivity problems.
During Sentinals of the Past Event, my ISP confirmed with me after my initial disconnection issues that I won't have more disconnections. And right after the confirmation within 20 minutes I had a disconnection.
Luckily since the battles were with clan mates, they understood as i do mail them and explain once i come online. |

Even after having a UPS and back up power, the internet takes time to reconnect and even if we return, we have already been declared afk by the system

Did you supply the statistics and links to battles as I suggested in post #10? I suppose that it is not enough to say that you can provide statistics, your chances are much better if you make an effort and actually provide them. |

I think you misunderstood i have created the complaint because the reason for warning is "Flushing a battle in minAP". as said by Arctic.
So i have logged a complaint for this. I was not panalised for afk and if that was the case then i would provide the info from the logs.
