First, the cheapest 8 AP combination (for lvl 8)
Yeah, i know this link (http://angelsndemons.freeforums.org/4-artifacts-cheapest-ap-sets-for-each-level-t100.html) summarises most of the cheap combinations, but it doesnt take into account arts unavailable in the artifact shop. So tell me the cheapest combination you have found out. The best i could get is -
Light Axe + Defender Shield + Master Hunter Bow.
The bow is generally available in the market for below 200 gold. |
I believe many cheap hunter arts can be used.
Start with a hunter broadsword, and 3-4 other cheap hunter arts. or, maybe even use a master-hunter art like a bow |

So i am asking for arts that give cheapest 8 AP considering the arts available in the shop only! Like hunter arts, master hunters arts, etc. They do not take those arts into consideration so it is not actually the cheapest. For example, the cheapest 8 AP combo according to them is -
Light Axe + Defender Shield + Medal of Courage + Leather hat. This gives a cost of about 79 gold per battle.
This combo -
Light Axe + Defender Shield + Master Hunter Bow, gives a cost of only 61 gold (assuming cost of MH bow as 200 gold with 10 durablity).
So what i am asking for is such combos considering arts unavailable in the shop!

how is it possible to include those arts if they do not have a fixed price?
shop arts are based on facility prices, which will not change. Hunter art prices depend on offer and demand. One week it can be 100 gold, next week it can be 200 gold a piece. So you can not determine the cost per AP for those. |
| you could make a calculator using market watcher if you have the time and programming skills, but I don't think it's been done yet. |

| You have a point classic dyna but then if i would not post it, nobody (except for a select few) would know the combo! Then it would hardly be of any us! Sven you can use the average market price to determine the price. For example, the master hunter bow is usually available in the market for about 175, but i am taking the upper bound. So it would actually be cheaper but i am taking the price considering the future possible increase! So take the approximate little higher price when calculating the average price per battle. And it is really only to help others who (like me) want to save money by using the cheapest arts available. |
| I'll be happy to help you UnbeatableElf. Please supply me with a list of all hunter arts and other non-shop arts together with their respective prices. While you are at it, please also supply how many AP each of them got. |
Lord STB, i hope you are joking! :P I am not asking anybody to sit and check ALL the non-shop arts to determine the cheapest one! -_-
All i ask for is that someone who knows/has checked the cheapest AP combo should tell everyone. |
