yes.
morale * 5% physical damage. | | Have You checked it. From my observations there is cap of 5 morale for retribution talent too equal 0,25% effect for 5 morale. I checked that for tribal which used talent increasing morale to 6. | | Yes | | Absolutely certain, there is no cap for Retribution, unlike the actual morale trigger for shifting position in ATB-bar, the value of which is indeed capped at 5. |
