I don't think there is a level barrier and even if there is one it is much higher.
For example: 2013-11-14 21:01[Full] [Chat]: • Lord Patrickou[15], Levittoux[18] vs Caravan of Necromancers, Caravan of Dwarves
And from my friend list lower level is 11 and it lets me setup DA with him. |
