if the low level is going to be teamed up with similar level players it doesn't really matter! it's much more important to be full arts and have play good.\
but, if the low level is getting teamed up with higher level players most are pretty much useless even as support casters (either dark or light) because they don't have access to the good spells and they probably won't have the necessary dominions for mass spells.
But, 3 factions stand out and can become game changers when teamed with higher level players:
tribals with their goblin trappers (and on a lesser degree shamans) can be very good.
barb with their knockback can also be useful.
and dark demon with vermins can also be a very useful asset against casters. |
