As far as I am aware, there is no definitive list.
Ordenmira.ru is a Russian site run by Noldor which has a lot of arts listed - http://help.ordenmira.ru/ - It is however, in Russian ;) It has most of the shop arts, except the newest ones, many unique arts (but not all), all of the set artifacts, but no event based artifacts that I can see.
