I can suggest an idea to buy the clan. Gift the clan leader 90k gold or whatever price below that you decided on and dont mention clan buying. Tell the leader to pass the leadership and its done. LOL
Nope. That's still illegal.
All the have to do, is look at this thread, put two and two together and BAM, They'll be fined or blocked.

But it's also very easy to see. (xxxx Transfers 90,000 Gold to zzzz: Gift.) (zzzz Gives ownership of clan yyyy to xxxx)
