| The activity level on both Off-Topic and Creative Works forum is low. They both contain things which are not much related to the game. I suggest we merge off-topic with creative works. This will make some more activity on the forum. |

So what if they are not active subsections of the forum? They still serve a specific purpose when people choose to use them. |
