Author | exp/fps rate -- is influenced by AP? |
Hi, all, i wonder why in PvP fights there are sometimes quite big differences between the exp/fsp rate (i mean the ratio 'experience divided by fsp') individual players get for the fight. The ratio seems to depend upon whether the player is a winner or loser, but even on the same side players sometimes get very different rates.
Is there anything known about what factors influence the ratio in question? | Different factions give different amounts of exp. I've noticed that dwarfs and tribals give low exp, but the same amount of fsp, thus giving a better exp/fsp rate. Also, winners get slightly better exp/fsp than losers. | AP does affect how much exp and fsp you get | There are 3 confirmed levers for gaining XP and FS:
1) the arts you and your opponent wear. Yes, the more, the better FS you'll get. And XP doesn't grow as much (but it still does).
2) the enemy level. Killing a higher-than-your-level opponent gives a better XP/FSP ratio.
3) the quality of troops you killed. killing higher tiers give a slight advantage.
There are also some hypotetical, but unconfirmed, FSP-improvers.
These include killing more units than your teammates (as if the battle was tiered down), hitting more often (number of hits), fighting against an higher FSL than yours, hitting magic-boosted troops, or playing "team" AND making more kills (in terms of HP) than your mates.
In short, In a team battle where half your opponents are fully dressed and half in min AP, you are supposed to get a better ratio if you concentrate against the fully dressed ones and kill most of them.
Then nothing stops you from trying all the other stuff.. | Also note that group battles and commander's guild battles have different rules for distributing exp and fsp. | 1) the arts you and your opponent wear. Yes, the more, the better FS you'll get. And XP doesn't grow as much (but it still does).
2) the enemy level. Killing a higher-than-your-level opponent gives a better XP/FSP ratio.
correct
3) the quality of troops you killed. killing higher tiers give a slight advantage.
no evidence prove this.
Different factions give different amounts of exp.
i would say it was the matter on your cl : fl
a simple way to explain, assume that a combat give you 1:1 on exp and fsp with proper cl:fl:
- assume your cl : fsp is 50% lower, you will get 1:1.5 on exp and fsp
- assume your cl : fsp is 50% higher, you will get 1:0.5 on exp and fsp
total exp is always same; the only matter is fsp adjust | If you have high fps/xp ratio then you'll get increased xp (this is the reward, enjoy it :) ). | high fsp/xp
(these forums still suck, no edit option) |
