i know ill level up iff i take all battless in level 13 tournament but it will be like -x experience and ill wont level up until I hunt do any battle except tournament.

No, if you do a combat other than the tournament you're participating in, you'll level up provided that you have +- exp.
Also note that you cannot join another tournament if you have +- exp. |
