| My English search isn't working. What it does, is giving me the necessary links in google but upon clicking on them, it returns in the main forum page. Any help? |
sometimes google record pages that are subsequently deleted on the forum. Then, when you try to follow the link, you are automatically redirected to the main forum since the post no longer exists.
Try asking the question again, if you can't find any useful working link. |
its because topics from before the merge had an old topic ID.
if you search on google and find the link you need, if you then hover over it but dont click it, you ll see the link at the bottom of the screen, then these last numbers add 1832000 and use that as new topic ID

unfortunately if you click on a post from before the merge it won't work ...
apparently when they brought in the old forum (before merge) to the new server all links have broken
and this is a big drawback which the administration hasn't fixed yet |
New Forum ID = old ID + 1832000
this will work if the required thread has not been deleted. |
