How much HP can the orb restore?
And, it goes against the name, but can the orb give additional creatures? i.e. more than that in the initial stack? |

I think it will resurrect 40% of lost creatures.
It cannot exceed the initial creatures. |

That is rune not orb
The orb used to resurrects 50% of lost troops (rounded down), for the stack that activates it.
But after ST 100 we had
Orbs of Illusions with improved effect;
