I've noticed :p
That resources are sold way below their production rate
So..
How do those merchants imagine of making a profit by selling mercury for 357, wood for 176?
Or do they just don't know about the commission part? Even so, loss of 3 gold per resource :O |
Most of those who sell get resources for free like for levelling up and want to sell as fast and sell for cheaper or they buy for enrolling and sell later only sulphur will make you some profit |
maybe they dont get them for production rate cost |
some ppl also buy resources to enroll,so they wanna get rid of it quickly so they sell it a little lower(i used to do this so i know :P) |

Do they buy 50 wood to enroll at one go?
And, in case of level up... there are so many -.- Too much for level ups
:p
Maybe they don't realise the loss o.O |
Don't forget the roulette players.
When they win they buy lots of resources and when out of gold they start selling them for low cost. |
You can make some prrofit from sulphur though |
