I want to try out dwarf faction, and testing it with my present lvl 5 additional characters would be a waste of money and, loss of FSP
So, adhering to the limit of 3 total characters, can I abandon one of them, and create another character? |

| Yes, u can have only 3 chars at max per person ireespective of abandon or password forgotten.however if any of them is blocked or deleted in merge you can create a new one as replacement but you have to state your previous char which u replaced :) |

Are we saying that if a newbie was blocked (his main and 2 additional for financial assist) , then he cant start afresh with a 4th character (as his main) according to the rules? |

I only know this rule, unless you can find another one saying that a block and abandon character don't count towards your maximum of 3 or until a keeper says otherwise. I would advise against creating a fourth. |

this part is very clear.
it was your own problem IF any of your id broke any rules and get blocked. the blocked id still considered as yours. this shouldnt be a problem as long as you following the rules.
4th id? you should ask admin whether they give you exception; else max 3 [included any BLOCKED or ABANDONED] |

| Humans are the ones who make the most mistake and sooner or later you are bound to make a mistake and uave the IP adress collide, you will be found just like the others only time will differ |
You would need to change your IP address and your PC and your email and the MAC addresses of your network card and router and even then you would probably miss one of the many ways to uniquely identity someone on the Internet.
Much easier to just play within the rules so as already said by Pang and also as I was told when I worked for admins juries. You are allowed a total of 3 characters inclusive of any which are blocked or abandoned. |

I really don't think you can have only 3 characters. There were many(yes, many) players which got all their accounts blocked(some with more than 10 accounts), and restarted with no problems. So, if you break the rules and they punished you with a block, why would they not let you restart again?
In your case, I think the best solution is to send pm Secretary or Arctic to check whether you can create another account, or not. |
