Each tournament can only have 32 players. They will be divided up into several different tournaments. So all the players got to play. There might be level 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d tournaments etc.

Rather than have a player, you have an ai setup fighting alongside you. It happens when there are odd numbers in the tournaments and you cannot be matched with a real player. |
