This player - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=16691 / elemental his name has 65 spell power o.oand his combat log he was 17 and suddenly he is 19 last combat he played was 17 but now he is 19 how is this possible?

Earlier CL 18,19,20 wasnt there.
He had exp for CL 19 but was CL 17.

See his combat dates.

SO when CL 19 introduced he levelled up.
