A player tell that another player is his brother and has made numerous transfers(ALL ARE ONE-SIDED)

His bro has sent him numerous arts , element etc ... and the player reapays with just "one toadstool or viper venom" , and he say "For Sold items and Loan Repay" when he transfers that one element
I find it really suspecious | in the info..it doesn't state anywhere that they are brothers....
adding a relationship doesn't mean they are real bros or share same IP | if the total gift given didnt exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month., then it is consider legal.
