1a. How does this formula works? I think it's based on our currently fsl per EACH faction, but my friend said it's total fsp accumuled with all factions, sounds very wierd I think he's wrong.
1b. Just to confirmate, if we do a PvE battle, this rule still apply?
2. A normal pedant of lucky have 25/25 durability, but I saw some with 35/35. Why? It's a event of there's a guild or something which could increase max item durability?

It's dropped from a chest of abundance | total fsp accumuled with all factions - This is correct. There is a table of average fsp for each combat level here; http://lgnd.ru/stat/average
1b. Yes the rule applies - You will gain more exp per fsp in every combat type if you are well above average.
