Can someone explain me how the potion of skills work?
"equal to the highest skill level of that faction among current combat participants minus one"
Does this means, it will only work when you are having a player versus player battle?

By drinking that potion, in that fight you'll get to play like you have faction level 9. | | in TG too, all the fights, where there is a hero | They have a 7 day durability. They increase your active faction level to 1 less than your opponent's active faction level, if it is higher than yours.
So say for example, your opponent is a FL 10 and you are a FL 6 - If you had drunk the potion, your faction level will be 1 less than your opponents - So you will have FL 9 rather than FL 6.
