Just check previous loans the players involved have given or received. If loans have interest it is unlikely to be the first time and will be seen in previous repayments. If so report them in CaA section.
Some people include the tax in repayment so lender is not out of pocket and while I am not sure if this is legal or not it seems to be generally accepted and I have never seen anyone punished for returning tax. |
| just my 2 cents to add to DiN's post: returning tax is legal, does not count as interest and it's not punishable. |
