There is no way to sell it like we sell elements.
You have to send the resource, having already told him in PM that you are selling it. Then he/she'll send the gold. You must send 1 gold with a description : Selling xx Wood for xx Gold.
Another way is to place it on the market and ask him to buy it, but that would cost you the commission.
